Early projects still show the density of a mixed brief. Later ones are almost monochrome: one problem, one surface, one result.
01 · Mixed
Media streaming distribution for a UK operator whose live, catch-up and archive paths had been forced through one pipeline. The work separated those paths, rebuilt packaging contracts and gave operations a view that matched the topology.
Outcome: concurrent events without starving catch-up; a catalogue published through one API.

Social media platform development for a membership network. Identity, upload, notifications and moderation were built as independent services with shared APIs. Web and mobile application development used the same contracts.

Cloud computing solutions for a rights-managed archive. Object storage, access policy and transcode workers were designed as separate components, then tied to an existing subscriber system with custom computer programming.
05 · Clean
Cybersecurity solutions on a public playback surface. The brief was narrow: harden the APIs, control sessions, and observe the boundary without introducing a second operating culture. The result is almost a single surface — which is the point.
